3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. All international parcels are fully tracked.
  • Prices shown cover postage only. Import duties, VAT/GST or brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country .
  • We don't ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before approval: You may cancel for a full refund.
  • After approval / in production: A 50% restocking fee applies ( cover material used).
  • After dispatch: Order cannot be cancelled

5. Peak Seasons & Public Holidays 

During Lunar New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas and sale periods. Please allow 2-3 extra business days.
